Tellico Village Property Owners Association 2026 Board Election
The Nominating Committee and Election Committee of the Board of Directors determined that, because only two candidates applied for the two open Board seats, the two candidates will be appointed to serve on the 2027 Board of Directors. There will not be a POA Board election for 2026.
The two appointees are Gary Busch and Gary Zika.
A candidate forum will be held on October 26th from 1 to 2:30 p.m. This will be an opportunity for residents to get to know the candidates and hear from them directly.
Residents may submit questions for the candidates in advance here. The candidates will have an opportunity to respond to the submitted questions during the forum. If time allows additonal questioons will be allowed.
Gary Busch and Gary Zika will be officially recognized as members of the 2027 Board of Directors at the conclusion of the December 16 Board meeting.
