Welcome to the Tellico Village 250th Celebration
The Tellico Village 250th Celebration is designed to create unique experiences across our amenities that complement—and enhance—the traditional July 4th festivities our community loves. Our goal is to offer events and opportunities that align with the things we do best, while celebrating this milestone year together.
This celebration is not intended to replace or overshadow long‑standing neighborhood traditions. In fact, we’re committed to supporting them by sharing a community-wide listing of activities hosted by volunteers, clubs, and organizations. Our aim is simple: to make sure everyone in Tellico Village has access to fun, meaningful, and memorable ways to celebrate.
Golf Opportunities
- $15/player + standard green & cart fee (4-person teams)
- Team prizes for Men Only, Women Only, Mixed Divisions
- National Anthem before play

Parks & Recreation Opportunities
- Pickleball – Free access for a week – including trainings by pickleball club members
- Planting 250 plants along the trails
- Group Fitness Themed classes
- Fit for the Fourth Wellness Challenge – Starting the first of June
- Pool Party at Chota – On July 2nd – live DJ- fun for all!
Food Services Opportunities
Still formulating ideas in this area, but opportunities being discussed include:
- 250-themed special menu offerings with daily specials.
- 250-themed special cocktail offerings
- Tanasi Lakeside Grill is trending towards opening around July 1.
