Building a home is an involved and complicated activity, no matter where you live. Over the years, the Tellico Village Property Owners Association has developed a series of education pieces to help acquaint new arrivals to East Tennessees home building process.
Within the Village, is the Tellico Village Home Builders Guild*. These are area home builders who have a history of constructing retirement homes for the residents of Tellico Village. They are in good standing with the Architectural Control Committee, familiar with Loudon and Monroe County building codes and can tap valuable resources and craftspeople to make your new house a unique home.
