We have become aware that a TVPOA admin employee has tested positive for COVID-19. This employee has been quarantined at home since exposure on or around May 4th and those who have had direct contact with this individual has been notified. This person’s workstation has been thoroughly sanitized and Cintas is returning for further sanitation following today’s closure. The good news is, our administration employees have very limited interaction with property owners.
However, as an immediate response to protect the health and safety of our employees and property owners, the TVPOA Administration office will be closed through this week and will reopen on Monday, May 18th. Employees will be working from home where possible. No late fees will be accrued during the time the office is closed. You may utilize the dropbox located at the Admin building and it will be checked daily. We ask for your patience, as responses to calls or emails may be delayed throughout this week. The Welcome Center will remain open. Public Works will continue to respond to emergency services; you may reach them at 865-458-4522.
