| TANASI RESTORATION UPDATEThe Tanasi Restoration Committee met on Wednesday, March 22nd. The Temporary Pro Shop has now been delivered. They will begin the process of setting it during the week of March 27th. The completion of this process will take several days. The Public Works Department and other subcontractors will then add decking, connect the utilities, install the underpinning, finish the inside flooring, and paint. We look forward to getting this building up and running soon. Our target completion date is mid to late April.
We are still waiting for verification from our insurance company that they will pay for the removal of the existing foundation. Once we receive approval, the old foundation will be removed, and the site will be graded and seeded.
We have sent out an RFP (Request for Proposal) to Architect and Engineer firms (A&E) to help with the design of the new Tanasi clubhouse. We anticipate having an A&E firm selected by mid-April.
