Construction on the new Toqua Clubhouse is about 2 weeks behind schedule due to heavy rainfall. Additionally, construction crews hit a snag when they discovered a primary direct line buried under the left front corner and under the front columns. Loudon Utility Board was notified to correct the issue. For the time being, progress is at a standstill while waiting for LUB.
