Active Projects – Approved and Funded
- US-411 at Niles Ferry and Church in Vonore click on Update
- Mialaqua / Cheeyo roundabout / SR-444 Traffic Circle Update
Proposed Tellico Village Road Projects – the following are projects desired by TVPOA but are not currently an active project with TDOT due to either availability of funding and/or TDOT safety priority status.
- Sequoyah / Maple Hill – Roundabout. Warranted by TDOT but currently not funded due to low accident rates.
- SR-72 / SR-444 – Traffic Light. Warranted by TDOT but currently not funded due to low accident rates.
- Improved Traffic Light at 444/Chota/Toqua. Updated with improved sensors for better traffic control. HiAC working with Loudon County Highway Dept but subject to them obtaining grant.
