Kahite Community Center Project Approved

This project will relocate the existing Kahite meeting room to Toqua to house the temporary Pro Shop during the Toqua clubhouse construction, then to Public Works for use as a training and meeting facility. CFO Parker Owen requested approval of $636,333 capital with funding of $636,333 from the Amenity Reserve Fund and $148,000 donated from private funding to construct a portico connecting the new community center with the existing clubhouse. The Kahite project was approved by a vote of 7-0.
